Schools: the public board lists East Oro, Guthrie, Horseshoe Heights, Moonstone, Shanty Bay, W.R. Best Memorial and Warminster elementary schools. The Township says there is no secondary school in the Township, and students attend schools in Barrie, Midland and Orillia. Foley Catholic School is in Brechin. Check boundaries by address with each board.
