Staging: how Shelley prepares your home
Buyers decide fast, and most of them start online. Shelley, a designer, walks through your home with you and shows what to move, remove, repair or add so it photographs well and shows with confidence.
She works room by room: layout and furniture placement, decluttering, lighting, colour and finishing touches, with a plain list of what is worth doing and what is not.
