What staging means
Staging is preparing a home so buyers can picture living in it. It is not redecorating and it does not mean buying new furniture. It is mostly editing, arranging and small fixes.
Shelley is a designer. She looks at your home the way a buyer will see it, then gives you a clear plan in your own order of priority.
What Shelley looks at
- Layout and furniture placement, so each room has a clear purpose.
- Decluttering and depersonalizing, so buyers see the space and not your belongings.
- Lighting, colour and finishing touches that look good in photos.
- Curb appeal: the entrance, the front of the home and the yard.
- Small repairs and touch-ups that are worth doing before photos.
How it works
