This site is run by Sarin Team: Sumant Sarin and Shelley Sarin, REALTORS with Royal LePage PRG Real Estate, Brokerage, 9300 Goreway Dr #201, Brampton, ON L6P 4N1, 416-933-3300. In this policy, we and us mean Sarin Team and, where it handles your information in connection with a transaction, the brokerage.

What we collect
- Details you give us on our forms: name, email, phone number, property address, your city, a best time for a call, and your message.
- What you tell us about what you are looking for, such as areas, price range and home type, when you ask for listing alerts.
- Your consent record: the wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page, and your IP address.
- Where you came from: the web address and campaign details (such as UTM tags or ad click codes), so we know which of our ads and pages brought you to us.
- Basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser, device and the pages you view. OPEN: list the analytics tool used, once chosen
- Records of our calls, texts and emails with you.
Why we collect it
- To answer your request, such as a home value, a call, a guide or listing alerts.
- To provide real estate services if you ask us to represent you.
- To send you messages you agreed to, such as listing alerts. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- To understand which pages and ads work, and to improve this site.
- To meet our legal and professional duties as REALTORS in Ontario.
Your consent
We ask for your consent with a box you tick yourself. It starts unticked. We do not send you marketing messages unless you have agreed. Every commercial message has our contact details and a way to unsubscribe, and you can reply STOP to texts. We act on your request promptly and within the time the law allows.
Message and data rates may apply to texts.
Who we share it with
- Royal LePage PRG Real Estate, Brokerage, which is responsible for our real estate work.
- Service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as website hosting and email. OPEN: name the CRM, email and analytics providers once chosen
- Lawyers, lenders, inspectors and others only if you ask us to introduce you, or if a transaction needs it.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send your details to a lender, partner or anyone else for their own marketing.
Where it is kept and for how long
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet legal and brokerage record rules. OPEN: confirm the retention periods with the brokerage. Real estate records often must be kept for a set number of years
Your information may be stored on servers outside your province or outside Canada. OPEN: confirm where the hosting and CRM providers store data
How we protect it
We use access controls, strong passwords, two-factor sign-in where available, and keep our systems updated. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- Ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
- Withdraw your consent to messages at any time: reply STOP, use the unsubscribe link, or contact us.
- Ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it by law.
- Complain to us. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
